All documents must be completely legible; otherwise the Limited Warranty Benefit will be suspended until legible copies can be obtained. To
recover under warranty, the Registered Owner/Lessee must contact the Administrator at the address listed on the face of the contract, and provide a copy of:
(a) Police report and recovery report, (b) Insurance settlement check (if applicable), (c) Registered Owner/Lessee vehicle comprehensive insurance policy (if applicable), (d) Original paid receipts, and (e) The warranty registration form.
* Note: The actual cash value is determined by using the then current region specific NADA Official Used Motorcycle/Snowmobile/ATV/Personal Watercraft Guide’s rough wholesale value for off road vehicles with a date of loss greater than 3 months from the purchase date or street vehicles with a date of loss greater than 6 months from the purchase date; otherwise clean wholesale values apply.
