Coverage

Offering some protection to every buyer is a great conversation starter. The CWYKI (Covered While You Keep It) Limited Warranty provides coverage on components inside the engine and transmission cases for as long as the customer owns the vehicle. Peace of mind for every buyer. Once the customer sees the benefit of this coverage, upselling to full Aftercare coverage is easy.

Availability

  • Must be free to the customer, must be included on every eligible unit

Highlights

  • Coverage for failures to components inside the engine and transmission cases
  • Reimburses for the cost of parts and labor at posted shop labor rate and flat rate time; retail on parts
  • Towing $75 per occurrence, Substitute Transportation $40 per day, Lodging credit $120
  • Limit of Liability – Not to exceed the actual cash value of the identified vehicle at the time of a mechanical breakdown for any claim. Total claims not to exceed cost of vehicle for first 7 years, reduced to 50% after 7 years.

Terms

  • Covered for as long as the person who purchases the vehicle from dealership owns the vehicle.

 

Upsell to wrap coverage

As mentioned above, a CWYKI can be upsold to full wrap coverage, protecting the entire vehicle and creating a profit opportunity for our dealership.

Coverage

The CWYKI can be upsold to a full wrap service contract that covers failures after the manufacturer’s warranty has expired. We recommend that customers purchase the wrap alongside the free CWYKI LW so that their vehicle is fully covered.
